This is testimonial 3. Detlef and Siggy exemplify the meaning of excellent customer service. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The breakfast was scrumptious! You will never go hungry staying at Charm of Qualicum B& B. The food was plentiful, and varied.
The special touches of this B&B are what makes it so special (e.g. being greeted with afternoon tea and a selection of delicious baked goods, or being provided with a silky robe and slippers to make your stay more comfortable).  Meriel
